Auswest Building Certifiers is a registered Building Surveying Contractor approved by the Building Commission of Western Australia under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011. We have been helping West Australian families and building owners in the approval of building plans since 2001. Our Building Certifier allows for the rapid approval of building plans by Local Government Permit Authorities within 10 days of submission. We also work with the design and construction team to ensure that your building meets the Building Code of Australia ensuring a smooth construction program.
