In 1989 Glenvill responded to strong enquiry by Geelong residents, launching their first building franchise in Victoria. We are proud to have gathered and experience professional group of builder operators who deliver the Glenvill philosophy through out Victoria, Southern NSW and into Northeast South Australia.

Over the past 23 years, Glenvill have developed a large range of designs that has resulted in over 100 Housing Industry Awards. We are proud to have one of Australia's largest ranges of new homes available to the market today.Glenvill's goal and committed is always to provide our Operators and Customers with a high level of service, quality and innovation in everything we do.
