Viva Developments Pty Ltd is a family run building company which was formed in 2006 by its directors Daniel Scafetta and Mel Letizia.

Daniel and Mel combined have a total of 37 years building construction knowledge in all facets of residential building. Specialising in upmarket single or double storey homes and multiple unit development sites, Viva developments can provide to thier clients everything from an initial concept design through to completion where you the owner can just move in.
